You can even use a debit card to make your loan payment.* LoanPay with Swivel is ideal when you have a loan somewhere other than your primary financial institution and you find it challenging to make it to your local branch or to write a check and get it in the mail on time.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Your UTFCU account number and loan suffix(es)
The routing and account number or debit card number that will be used for payment
Primary account holder Name, birthdate, email, and account number
Choose to register as a user or make your payment as a guest through Express Pay. Note: Creating a user is recommended if you plan to make payments often using LoanPay with Swivel
PLEASE BE ADVISED
There is a $5,000 payment limit within a 24-hour period.
Loan payments submitted after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time may be processed on the next business day.
Payments made through Swivel may take up to two banking days to process. Recurring payments are processed according to their scheduled date.
Once submitted, payments cannot be canceled or reversed.
A payment confirmation email will be sent after your transaction is successfully submitted.
UTFCU debit cards, UTFCU Visa credit cards, and American Express credit cards cannot be used to make payments through Swivel.
To transfer funds between your own UTFCU accounts, please use Online Banking instead of Swivel.
